Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via available Royal Mail/Parcelforce methods. We will do our best to get your order out to the post within 5 working days of receiving it, unless we are closed for holidays, or otherwise stated on the website. Nobrow operates a fixed cost postage price for each item, depending on size, weight and destination, which allows for slight currency fluctuations and the cost of processing and packaging orders for delivery. If for any reason you should not receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com or call the office number (0207 033 4430) and we will do everything we can to either reimburse you or provide you with the same item/s again.
South American and South African customers, we have historically had problems with deliveries to these regions with standard postage, we strongly recommend that you opt for the signed for postage option.
All deliveries are First Class post or Airmail. If you select a ‘Signed For Delivery’ we use the ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service which requires a signature upon delivery. This service is no faster than regular First Class or Airmail and the packages do not have tracking numbers so please do not ask for one! If you require a courier service please enquire via firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote – but please be warned these services are very expensive.
Privacy & Security
We do not share any information with third parties. Nobrow and Flying Eye Books do not store credit card or payment information and all transmissions of sensitive data are made with a secure encrypted connection. Our website uses ‘Mint’ which uses a cookie that collects anonymous traffic data.
Returns & Replacements
Because at Nobrow we do our very best to ensure that your order is safely and securely packaged, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages that result from the mail service that we use. If for any reason you do not receive your package within one month of ordering, please contact us and we will see if we can resend it.
