To find out a little more about her work, we asked Veronica the following questions…

What inspires your work?

I find much inspiration in movies, music, radio, photography, nature and beautiful books and comics, art in general. Life itself is a source of inspiration. Music is often in my stories as well as the theme of the dreams and the fears. I like to experiment with my drawing style, I’m constantly evolving, like a Pokemon…

I like to draw romantic atmospheres, with lights or starry skies and I love vintage atmospheres too.

Tell us a bit about your process…

Lately, I’m working along in digital, using graphic pad tablet for drawing, Cintiq13 HD. I always use Photoshop, I develop the draft directly with Cintiq, and when I’m sure about result, step to the finally artwork. I use a dotted pattern for all my artworks, because I like effect and color vintage. I use digital brushes similar to the pencil, because I want to create an analog effect, but in digital.
